These Terms of Service govern your use of soaraw.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Products

Soaraw sells digital assets for video editing and filmmaking, including transitions, textures, motion overlays, sound effects, and color grading LUTs. All products are delivered digitally via instant download — no physical product will be shipped.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased assets in your personal and commercial video projects. This includes YouTube, Instagram, client work, and paid productions.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files as standalone assets
  • Include the files in any product or pack that competes with Soaraw
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original assets

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Le Depot Studio LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us at info@soaraw.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on soaraw.com — including assets, previews, branding, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of Le Depot Studio LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Soaraw assets are provided "as is." Le Depot Studio LLC makes no warranties regarding compatibility with specific software versions or future updates. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
